• Security lock box installation (steel box and hasp welded onto doors to cover padlock)

• Interior or exterior paint (direct to metal or upgraded marine grade epoxy coatings and insulating paint available)

• Additional doors (roll-up, sliding barn type or steel entrance doors, we can provide ada standard entrances and hardware as well)

• Windows (we can install all sizes and configurations and install security bars as well at an additional price)

• Ventilation packages (keep your good well ventilated to stop moisture build-up or musty smells)

• Heating or cooling packages installed

• Insulation packages installed (traditional batting style insulation or sprayed in foam insulation available)

• Electrical packages (we can install any type of configuration needed utilizing our insured and licensed electrical contractors)

• Serving flip-up doors or flip-down counters (we can set up any size serving area you may require / most commonly used for retail food concession)

• Partitions (wood or steel partitions for keeping items separated)

• Skylight installation (standard and custom size skylights available)
